Hi I’m Joy

Restorative Yoga is a beautiful soulful path to support our body, mind, and emotions as they navigate the intricate dance of modern life. This profoundly nurturing practice gently stirs the parasympathetic nervous system, ushering in a sanctuary of deep, serene, and soul-sustaining reprieve. Within the nurturing embrace of restorative classes, we grant ourselves the precious gift of slowing down, shedding the weight of the outside world, and tuning in to the whispers of our inner sanctuary. In these moments of profound relaxation, we kindle the fires of profound healing, for this is the medicine of rest, administered with love and a heart brimming with passion.

Through this practice connects to the heartbeat of our well-being journey. It beckons the courageous act of ceasing. Ceasing to please, to crave, to want, to push, and instead, embracing the pause. In this tranquil pause, we unlock the sacred chamber of healing and the garden of personal growth. Here, we carve out a haven for genuine rest – a profound pause that directs our gaze inward. In this introspective sanctuary, we learn to listen, truly listen. MY OFFERINGS

My offerings are a space for you to relax your mind and body so that you can rest and fully receive the nurturing care you need.  Besides the regular schedule, I also offer private sessions, workshops, longer retreats and other special offerings.


3 days and 2 nights of personally tailored relaxation

Joy is a wonderful, nurturing teacher who supports you fully to move through the different yoga poses leaving you stress free, comfortable and incredibly relaxed. 

Her gentle touch with Reiki, combined with beautiful oils and bush flower essences, makes each session perfect for unwinding any physical and emotional stresses, leaving you feeling blissful and calm.
